Adapting to Change

If there is one thing we've learnt over the last 3 years...it's how important it is to be able to adapt to change! In order to keep moving our business forward, we need to be willing to contantly evaluate how we do things, and look for ways to improve.
This is especially important with so much negativity around about the economy in the news lately.

In today's Podcast episode, Bec and Amanda discuss the importance of creating a community that students and parents want to be a part of. They also note that most parents will make sacrifices to keep their children in activities they love, so if kids adore dance, they are unlikely to leave. They stress the importance of taking responsibility for your business and being willing to pivot and change when necessary. They also emphasize the importance of creating a positive experience for both students and parents, as community is a significant factor in retention.
