But hopefully like I said, let me stop everybody and welcome back to 2004. Happy New Year for those of you that didn't join us out last Friday, so good to be back with everybody I hope that might sound is okay because as always, Facebook has just changed something again. So we're looking at a bit a little bit of a different way live here at the moment, but everything does seem to be looking at how although my head looks a little bit wider than usual, which is a bit weird, but like I always say with all since Facebook ads and everything to do with Facebook, they always go and change everything on us right. But like I said, welcome back to 2024. I hope that you've had a nice chance to sit back, have a bit of a relax, have a bit of a rest over the Christmas and New Year period, but also the way to jump back in with two feet ready to go and have the best 20/24 that you possibly can. And you know, you might have come back into the office this Monday. And you know, you sort of realised that you know, maybe you didn't leave your labour admin in as tidy a situation as you thought when you clocked off for that well deserved holiday after concert. You've come back in and hopefully you've started trying to answer all those inquiries and fill your classes for 2024. Perhaps you've even started with a resolution this year to be a bit more organised around your inquiries. Making sure because we know it's like so so important to give every single lead that comes in. And when I say lead, like I'm not just talking about those people that sort of send an email or those people that end up standing in front of us booked in for a trial or things like that. We know that one of the keys to us growing our studio to the size that was and the same with back at PAWS was that we would absolutely give every single person that got in contact with us in any way shape or form. They would become what we call our lead. Whether it was sending us a DM on Instagram sending us a inbox on Facebook, whether it was just you know, when you put up those social media posts as organic social media posts where you're trying to get interaction from people, we're getting them to leave an emoji or comment below. We will be making sure that we reach back out to them and we try and get them into class every single way. That somebody would get in contact with us. All those methods picking up the phone sending a carrier pigeon every single way, right that we could possibly have somebody getting into contact with us. We would make sure we would have a system in place to make sure that we would get back in contact with them initially, obviously, but then also continually follow them up over the next few weeks. And look we all know right that I know as a parent myself, sometimes I can be sitting on the couch scrolling through and I see something that my kids want to do. I'll jump on I'll send them an inquiry and quite often it's like I said 930 At night when I'm sitting scrolling on the couch, and if they don't get back to me, I don't expect them to get back to me right away. But they might ring me back the next day and I'm on a call. But then if they don't keep following me up. Then I'm a pretty low like just me knowing myself personally, I'm a pretty low possibility of actually converting and getting to their classes. I'm wanting people and this is what I think parents in 2024 now are wanting as well. They're wanting us to continually follow them up. And we know that for that to happen effectively and efficiently we need a really good system set of systems and processes in place in our studio to be able to do it. And maybe that's something that you've had a bit of a New Year's resolution about that you're sick of, you know, it might have sort of come to pass. We know We've even talked to a few studio owners that you know around constant time they had they had that student call and are looking to change studios and they think oh yeah, that's great, great. That'd be absolutely fantastic. But it just happened to happen. I said the day before a concert. So of course, you're like where did I put that name again, but I wrote it down in my diary or did I put the poster and the leaves lost and we know that those sorts of things happen time and time again. You know, maybe somebody sent you a DM in that crazy couple of days between Christmas and New Year. And all the story replies that have come into your Instagram DM since it just pushed that message down. And you can't even remember the name of the person that reached out to you right. So we know that these sorts of stories are things that happen time and time again, to dance to the owners, excuse me. And that means that the time, effort and energy that we are spending on our marketing is quite often going to waste. We know that studio owners are so great when we get that trial. When we get somebody into class to trial when we get them through the door. Then loads and loads of studios the majority of studios out there are really great at converting those people. But we know that we're so many studios can struggle and and need better systems in place is making sure that every single person that reaches out to them has the best possible chance of walking in the door for that trial in the first place. So you know, there are things that we're chatting with studio owners about now and we're starting to see through SGC and our tribe members, you guys as we're coming back but we're also starting to see like things like perhaps you know, the emails that you're sending out aren't quite hitting like they used to. Right? We know that people's inboxes are getting more and more cluttered these days. So maybe the emails that used to send out that used to get really great replies, really, responses from potential clients just aren't hitting like they used to. You've been thinking or maybe you want to start sending text messages and things like that. But then you know, and you people are doing that off the studio admin phone that they have, but sometimes those things are getting a little bit caught up as well because then you'll leave the studio phone at this. You leave the phone at the studio. You can't take it home. You're trying to do a couple of days work from home, all those sorts of things start to add up and just start to get a bit frustrating, right? And like I said before, maybe you've been really upping your social media game and really doing some great organic posts and you've been seeing a few results from that people have been sliding into the studio DMS or they've been sending a Facebook message but those messages keep getting pushed down the inbox and there's there's not really a system in place at the moment to be able to follow them up or maybe you do already have an okay system in place. And you've got you know, like we see so many studios out there having you've got loads of different pieces of software connected, you know, maybe it's via zaps or things like that, but you're just starting to feel a little bit of overwhelm. You've got lots of luck, right? Individual pieces of software working out there somewhere. But you've come back after a few days off over Christmas, and something's broken, one of the connections is broken. And I was talking to the guys at Dan sensations the other day and the credit card, their credit card got frauded over the Christmas period. So a couple of subscriptions. You know, one of them, they had to go back in and update it but in that update and a couple of the connections got broken. And so things like that can always happen. And just sort of you know, I guess throw things off a little bit. But that's why I wanted to jump on and this Friday's bonus tribe call that we're going to have is going to talk about a way to like it's going to talk about all those all these things that we've sort of briefly touched on today in more detail. But most importantly, it's going to show everybody a way that we can solve a lot of these problems all in one go. So if you've got any questions at all about the call the bonus call this Friday, it's in the group The link will be posted in tribe. As always, if you've got any questions at all, please pop them in the comments below here, and I can't wait to see everybody on the call on Friday. See you guys
