Hi friends, Amanda and Becky with no bullshit business tips. And today we are going to talk a little bit about website and a thing called Call to Action.
Amanda Barr 0:29
Absolutely. Like a call to action is super simple. It's what you want them to do next. And I think so often, you know, we've looked at a lot of dance studio websites. And often this is something that is forgotten and not visible on every single page. Absolutely.

And you know, we want it to be so simple for our person to come in and see that call to actions might be free trial, it might be Enroll now, whatever it is, and be able to click on it. And I know myself, if I go into a website or anything that is complicated. Yeah, I just opt out like, and I feel like that's everyone like I don't think that's just me being lazy. I honestly think no one has time these days. And if something's too hard, we'll just go to the next thing. Absolutely.
Amanda Barr 1:09
I'm so that person as well. And so we want you to take a really good look around your website. What is your call to action? Enroll now is a great one book, your free trial here is another great one, you know, something along those lines is perfect. But is it visible on every single page on your website? Not just your home? Right? And
Speaker 1 1:29
is it simple? That's the other thing we find. So how are people clicking through that, and then they've got to put their name, their child's name, their dog's name, their address, they're, like too hard. See later, you know, like, does another thing just keep that as simple as possible, get the details, you need to be able to contact them. And then that's it right salutely
Amanda Barr 1:48
Make it easy. We know that a lot of the studio software's it is a bit complex if you're booking a trial through those systems or those software programs. So don't use that. Use that find another reason please use Studio software. That is not what I'm suggesting. Use Studio software. But you know, make it easy on this first initial meeting, use really easy website form. Absolutely.
Speaker 1 2:08
And if you do have the knowledge of how many people are clicking through to your website, but then maybe not completing that form. It's interesting to see that like I've looked at that myself at times and gone, right, they're clicking through, they're clicking on the page, and then they're actually not going any further why and usually it's because it's too complicated.
Amanda Barr 2:29
Absolutely. So what we want you to do is jump on your website right now this very second, we want you to check that there is a button something nice and big and easy to find you know bright I think is a thing that with your call to action on every single page every single page of it you know that great big button saying book free trial now then once you click on it, make sure it's easy to fill out. Yep.
Speaker 1 2:52
So important guys, and you know, it's good to look at that website with fresh eyes sometimes. Absolutely.
Amanda Barr 2:57
We're all guilty of our website looking a bit stale. It happens to the best of us. So jump on it today. Check it out, and you know, take action to get it fixed if it's not already. Alright, take action guys. We'll talk to you soon.
